Unlike electric treadmills that force a dog to keep pace, a slatmill is 100% dog-powered. If your dog stops, the slatmill stops. Your dog is in total control of their speed.

Our mobile gym is equipped with two slatmills:

Large Slatmill: Supports dogs up to 90 lbs

Medium Slatmill: Supports dogs up to 70 lbs

Most dogs pick it up incredibly fast, but we never rush them. That is why we require a mandatory Intro Run for all new clients. This 20-minute session will focus on building your dog’s trust and confidence.

All dogs must be at least 6 months old, free of any acute injuries, free of severe medical conditions, in good health, and fully up to date on their vaccinations.

Yes! Our van features two slatmills (accommodating pups up to 90 lbs and 70 lbs). Dogs living in the same household or pre-approved neighbors/fur-friends can run together.

For our standard session and packages, once your dog has completed their Intro Run and is comfortable with our rig, you do not need to be home. We can coordinate a safe handoff or latchkey service so your dogs can get their workout in while you are at work.

To keep our van running efficiently and minimize travel times, we operate on a structured neighborhood schedule. Check out our service area schedule to see what day we will be in your neighborhood!

Send us a text or email! If you’re located in a neighboring area, we can often fit you into the schedule on a designated route day. If you’re further out, we’ll work with you to see if an On-Demand run or a small flat travel fee makes the most sense to get your pup moving!

Because we operate a mobile unit with a strictly timed route, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

We operate on a neighborhood route schedule. When you create your client profile, we will look at your neighborhood and assign you to your neighborhood’s dedicated day. You can choose from Morning, Afternoon, or Evening time slots. We will give you an estimated arrival time one day in advance and an ETA on the day of.

If your schedule requires a specific day or time that forces us to break our optimized route, you have the option to book an On-Demand Run session. The On-Demand pricing applies to Saturday and Sunday afternoon sessions. *Pup’s booking On-Demand Runs must have completed an Intro Run prior.

We love apartment dogs! They usually need our workouts the most. However, because we operate a large mobile van, apartment sessions require a little extra coordination. 

• We need a legal, safe spot to park. This can be your parking space, guest parking, a loading zone, or a reliable stretch of street parking. Our rig has a 10-foot vertical clearance requirement. We cannot enter standard parking garages or structures.

• When we arrive, we will text you to meet us for the handoff. We cannot provide our latchkey service for large apartment buildings. 

• If you aren’t sure whether your building’s parking will work for our van, just note your complex name or cross streets on your intake form, and we will check the logistics before confirming your booking.
